UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ONLY

The postage and packaging is calculated according to the weight of your order.

We aim to despatch all stock items quickly and securely to our customers at the best price available.

All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.

Dispatch is usually within 24hrs of  your order being placed.

Dispatch of larger orders are sent via Parcelforce or courier the day after your order is placed.

Please allow 4-5 working days from the time of your order for your items to arrive.

Large letters

from 0.001kg - 0.100kg £1.75 

Parcels:

from 0.101kg - 0.250kg  £2.50
from 0.251kg - 0.500kg  £2.99

from 0.501kg - 0.550kg £3.59

from 0.551kg - 1.000kg  £4.20
from 1.001kg - 1.500kg  £6.25
from 1.501kg - 1.750kg  £7.35
from 1.751kg - 3.000kg  £9.54
from 3.001kg - 6.000kg  £10.99
from 6.001kg - 10kg       £14.99

For bulks order prices:

from 10.001kg - 20kg £16.99

for orders over 20kg please call for postage costs before placing an order.

NB- Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
We try our best at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied
with a product, please notify us within 28 days.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it
is in the same condition as when you first bought it,unopened,unused and in its
original packaging; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item
is returned to us safely.
Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held
responsible for returns that do not reach us.
When we receive the products we will refund you any payment that you have made
using your original payment method where appropriate.

 
FAULTY GOODS
In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover costs of postage
and either refund or exchange the items.
Please check this returns policy carefully before returning any item.
