Methods of Payment ~

Payments in full or deposits can be made via secure payment on line at the Kirkbourne Store.

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Once a workshop is fully booked, names will be taken in the order that handlers applied and further dates will be arranged.
Handlers who did not secure a place on a previous workshop will be given priority and places will be offered in name order to handlers who had previously applied.
Handlers must be a member of Kirkbourne Gundog Club and agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of joining.
Anyone who is not currently a member can join by contacting the Kirkbourne Team on info@kirkbournegundogs.co.uk

All dogs must be a minimum of 7 months of age to participate in a workshop.
Handlers are politely reminded that young dogs possess short attention spans; in keeping with this Kirkbourne Gundogs have timetabled rest breaks throughout the day.

We recommend however that handlers use their judgement and rest their dogs if appropriate throughout the workshop.

The instructor reserves the right to ask a handler to rest a dog, over and above the set rest breaks if appropriate.
Kirkbourne Gundogs will ensure that fresh drinking water is available for all dogs at all times.
Kirkbourne Gundogs reserve the right to cancel/postpone workshops in the event of unforeseen circumstances; these may include but are not limited to Inclement Weather or Illness.

In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled by

Kirkbourne Gundogs, handlers will be entitled to transfer to the next workshop.
If this is inconvenient a full refund will be given of all monies paid.
